POSITION SUMMARY
This role supports the Procurement Operations organization, specifically within the Analytics and Sourcing Center of Excellence (COE). The Analyst will focus on sourcing operations, supplier enablement, procurement analytics, and system support. This role is critical in enabling efficient and accurate execution of procurement activities through data analysis, process coordination, and systems optimization. The Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally to support procurement goals and continuous improvement initiatives
RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing Operations & Supplier Enablement
Support sourcing events and operational administration tasks (e.g., template population, RFP documentation, workflow tracking).Assist with onboarding and maintaining supplier catalogs and system configurations in alignment with sourcing strategies.Work closely with sourcing managers and category teams to ensure smooth execution of sourcing and enablement activities.Procurement Data & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and standard reports related to spend, sourcing activity, supplier engagement, and compliance metrics.Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency across procurement systems.Provide analytical support to identify trends and improvement opportunities.System Support & Process Coordination
Serve as a point of contact for user inquiries related to procurement systems (e.g., sourcing tools, contracting platforms, P2P systems).Participate in testing (UAT) and documentation for system updates and new tool implementations.Support training efforts by developing user guides and assisting with rollout communications.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders to resolve operational issues and contribute to system enhancements.Help maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support knowledge sharing within the COE.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, analytics, or related supply chain roles.Experience working with procurement systems and data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).Exposure to sourcing processes or supplier management is a plus.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Analytical mindset with a passion for process innovation and data-driven insights.Working knowledge of eProcurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa) preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized and able to manage multiple prioritiesADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
