Guidewire Software is seeking a Procurement Services Intern to join the team.Guidewire serves a global community of more than 350 insurers of all sizes and lines of business in more than 30 countries. The Role
This hybrid role is located in Bangalore with in-office participation three days a week. The individual will support global stakeholders and report to the Procurement Services Manager located in the Pacific US. To maximize collaboration with the broader team, an overlap in selected US working hours may be necessary.
Job Description
Core ResponsibilitiesAs a Procurement Services Intern, you will:
Support the purchasing process, including supplier onboarding, signature routing, issuing purchase orders, and processing change requests.
Deliver excellent stakeholder service through clear, timely communication and consistent follow-through.
Assist Accounts Payable by researching and resolving invoice questions and processing updates.
Administer and maintain our contract repository, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and overall data integrity.
Contribute to ad hoc procurement projects and initiatives, partnering with team members and cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
Maintain team playbooks and documentation, updating materials to reflect current processes and best practices.
Identify and scope opportunities for AI-enabled automation, with a focus on reducing manual data entry and improving internal support response times.
Keep our PO Intake Orchestration data current and validate monthly via spot checks it is in sync with other key systems (Zip/Zylo/Coupa)
