Airswift is currently looking for Procurement - Segment leader Matériel Industriel to work with an Oil and Gas Operator.

Start date: July 2025

Duration: 12 months renewable contract

  ACTIVITIES:

Maintaining an economic, technological and competitive watch
Proposing new suppliers and monitoring the current supplier panel (including monitoring supplier risks)

Challenging specifiers in terms of needs and specifications in order to globalise needs
Purchasing management

Managing all stages of the purchasing process in compliance with purchasing policies,  Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct

Participate in drafting pre-consultation and tender documents for high-stake projects
Manage the drafting of pre-consultation and tender documents for projects with limited stakes (turnover, scope, etc.). .. Negotiating contracts or spot orders
Drafting contracts in compliance with procedures and operating rules
Deploying and monitoring framework contracts at operational sites
Monitoring the portfolio of contracts and orders, assisting operational staff with contract management

Checking that framework contracts negotiated by the purchasing category are properly applied
Assisting operational staff with any disputes in conjunction with the Legal, Insurance and Finance Departments
Monitoring and improving purchasing performance
Monitoring the purchasing portfolio (conformity of use, etc.) and performance indicators
Monitoring the performance of suppliers in the category
Preparing supplier performance reviews and participating in their evaluation
Informing and monitoring suppliers and specifiers about the subcontracting, safety, quality and environment policy
Monitoring the gathering of the necessary information
