The Procurement Representative – Systems role provides support to address Procurement systems maintenance requirements across a global team on a variety of cross functional projects. This strong performer can expect further career advancement with Ecolab and may have the opportunity to move into other systems, IT, analytics, or supply chain leadership roles within the organization. What you will do:
Execute procurement systems responsibilities:
Administer the Source to Pay platform, including Contracts Module, Procure2Pay, Supplier Manager, Projects/Project Request, and more. Responsibilities include problem resolution, system testing, reporting, configuration, master data maintenance, and documentationDrive business process improvements and implement enhancements to the Source to Pay Platform, delivering impactful solutions across the global enterprise and providing visibility to senior leadershipCollaborate across functions, leveraging diverse tools and resources to continuously improve technical systems and processesChampion global process standardization and coordinate with regional contactsIdentify and support the rollout of new tool and process enhancementsMaintain and update internal and external procurement sites and guidesSupport and implement new and existing catalogs, executing catalog strategy and working closely with key external suppliersMay provide support for additional procurement systems and processes as neededQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, MIS, Finance, or related field3-5 years of professional experienceStrong ability to work in IT systems, understand business processes, and problem solving in business systemsStrong analytical, inquisitive, self-driven critical-thinker and problem-solverStrong ability to multi-task and prioritizeSkills working with databases, Microsoft suite primarily, Excel, Power BI and Power AppsDemonstrated competitive drive and strong orientation for results and achievementDemonstrated skills in communication and good presentation skillsProfessionalism and strong presence in interactions with othersDemonstrated teamwork and collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated history of leadershipSource to Pay platform and processes experienceExperience in Project ManagementExperience in Indirect Procurement or Supply ChainAdvanced Degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, MIS, Finance, or related fieldAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $65,800.00 - $98,700.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
