Responsibilities:
Handles time sensitive information relating to purchasing, procurement, inventory etc.Records data and performs routine audits to ensure accuracy of data and reports.Develops and maintains routine reports relating to purchasing, procurement and inventory and produces them in a timely and consistent manner. Provides suggestions on ways to improve efficiency and accuracy of reports.Works as a team member with the Procurement Clerical team on an independent contributor level.Acts as a representative to the department and interfaces with personnel across all levels of the organization, as necessary.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:

Careful execution and thoroughness are essential for accuracy in tasks like inventory management, order fulfillment, and managing inventory systems.Mistakes in a warehouse environment can lead to significant losses, safety issues, and impact customer satisfaction.Technical skills
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and SharePoint is required to utilize and manage warehouse systems, track inventory, and handle data input.Forklift experience is a plus, but not a strict requirement, as training and certification can be provided. Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $20.06 - $30.09
