Olsten is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to join a company located in Florence SC. While prior experience is a plus, it is not required- critical thinking, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, above all. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in sourcing and purchasing supplies to dropship to our customers + Communicate with vendors to track orders and resolve issues. + Maintain system accuracy of purchase orders and system prices + Help ensure timely delivery of orders to our customers + Collaborate with internal departments + Quote pricing to our sales team **What We're Looking For:** + Critical thinker with the ability to analyze information and make sound decisions. + Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + Supportive and collaborative team player + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. + High attention to detail and accuracy. **Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):** + Previous experience in purchasing, procurement + Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems.
