Procurement Project Manager
**553325 Procurement Project Manager** Lead supplier strategies and procurement initiatives that drive performance, cost efficiency, and risk reduction within our IGTD business unit. **Your role:** + Serve as the single point of contact for assigned suppliers, categories, and/or sites, ensuring alignment with business needs and supplier category strategies. + Partner with Global Commodity Management, Engineering, and Supplier Quality to drive supplier improvement and quality initiatives. + Lead supplier selection and make-vs-buy decisions, managing cost, quality, and delivery performance. + Oversee procurement deliverables for sustaining projects, including sourcing plans, supplier selection, and release to production. + Provide category insights, cost history, and site-specific requirements to support negotiations and supplier business reviews. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or project management (medical device industry experience preferred). + Your skills include supplier capacity planning, negotiation, risk management, and SAP/PLM systems expertise. + You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Materials, Finance, or a related field. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You’re an effective communicator and collaborator who thrives in a matrixed organization and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
