Raytheon Operations and Supply Chain is seeking a strong candidate to join our energetic, and collaborative environment in support of the Naval Power procurement team. The selected individual will be responsible for procurement efforts in support of multiple programs within the Radar Sensor Systems business area. In this role, you will foster relationships with suppliers and be actively engaged throughout the acquisition life cycle from requirements generation through product delivery, product support, and payment for products and services.  You will be involved in supplier performance, relationship management, and strategic sourcing. **What You Will Do:** Support Supplier interaction and collaboration with internal cross-functional teams Select qualified suppliers and seek alternate suppliers (when applicable). Preparation, issuance, and Management of Request for Quotations/Proposals Perform price and cost analysis and manage negotiations of price, delivery, scope, T&Cs Purchase order management – creation, PO & PR note updates, delivery date updates, receipt issue resolution, invoice payment approval and PO closure. Prepare POs and PO documentation in accordance with company directives, prime contract flow downs and company work instructions. Post-award management of POs to be handled in accordance with company directives and work instructions Manage Suppliers to meet program requirements with the desired quality and delivery. Nurture professional business relationships with first tier subcontractors Some travel required; up to 15%. **Qualifications You Must Have:** Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree. Experience placing POs of low to medium complexity and low to medium dollar values.
