Job summary:
The Process & Change Analyst will play a critical role in enabling successful adoption of new procurement processes, systems and service models. Your focus will be on executing change management plans, developing clear and engaging communication materials, and supporting training for technology-driven initiatives to ensure smooth transitions across Procurement Services and Group Procurement.
What you will be doing:
Deliver change management plans, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption trackingCreate clear, engaging, and audience-specific communication materials for process and system changesDevelop and maintain training materials for technology-driven initiatives and support deliveryDocument workflows, update process maps, and support optimization initiatives for Group Procurement and Procurement ServicesMonitor progress against change plans, report adoption metrics, and escalate risks or issuesWork closely with procurement teams, platform owners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth deliveryMaintain accurate documentation for audits and ensure adherence to governance standardsProactively identify inefficiencies, risks, or barriers within processes and practicesGenerate and gather improvement ideas, coach team members on improvement tools/techniques and how to select the improvement projects of biggest returnConduct weekly review board meetings and create benefit realisation reportsDeliver high complexity and impactful Green / Black belt projectsPosition requirements:
3+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, or business analysis within procurement or shared servicesHands-on experience with process mapping, documentation and optimisationFamiliarity with change management frameworks and stakeholder engagement practicesExperience working in continuous improvement and change impact related projects Experience working in aerospace or defenceExposure to procurement systems and digital transformation projectDemonstrate real life examples of driving efficiencies and making operational improvementsUnderstanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defenceBlack belt accredited or equivalent experienceProven ability to coach and upskill others Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies (Lean and Six Sigma)What do we offer:
