Roche Diagnostics Belgium is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services to support the company's operations. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement principles, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end procurement activities — from sourcing and negotiation to contracting and supplier management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business needs and sustainability goals.

Use data and digital tools to drive smarter purchasing decisions, ensure compliance, and improve performance.

Build strong supplier relationships and stay ahead of market trends to deliver long-term value.

Who you are

The minimum qualifications required to be successful in the role are:

Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Up to 3-5 experience in procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, MyBuy) and Google Workspace.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Proficient in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
