We're seeking a highly proactive and results-oriented Procurement Analyst to directly support our Procurement Operations Road Map. This is a critical, hands-on role for a \"doer\" with 4-6 years of relevant experience, eager to help us drive operational excellence and strategic execution.
Your Opportunity
Procurement Transformation Communication: Translate complex strategies and progress into clear, impactful presentations for leadership and stakeholders, ensuring a professional, consulting-grade standard. (Nice to have)
Upstream Procurement Process Optimization: Analyze Indirects and upstream processes (e.g., Sourcing, Contract Management) to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support standardization or digitalization efforts within the S2C and P2P lifecycles.(Must have)
Advanced Procurement Analytics: Prepare detailed spend reports, track KPIs, and manage operational dashboards. Extract data, gather inputs from teams, and support resolution of data or operational escalations. (Must have)
Agile PMO & Project Coordination: Provide comprehensive PMO support, including scheduling, facilitating sessions, capturing minutes, rigorously tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maintain roadmap momentum. (Nice to have)
Bottleneck Identification & Resolution: Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks in processes or workflows.Engage with relevant stakeholders to understand challenges, gather information, and propose practical, creative solutions. Drive the implementation of solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency. (Must have)
Who you are
You hold a bachelor's degree in Science / Engineering / Technology with 4 to 6 years of experience. Preferably, you have a Masters in Business Administration or PGDM.
Lead six sigma certifications; Bachelor in Production / Industrial Engineering nice to have
Procurement Foundation: Solid experience in procurement, strong understanding of Indirects and upstream processes (e.g., strategic sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation).
Analytical Horsepower: Proven ability to analyze large procurement datasets. Advanced Excel/Gsheets is mandatory; experience with analytical tools and procurement systems (GEP knowledge is a plus)
Executive Communication: Strong capability to design and deliver professional, data-driven presentations for senior leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication.
Project Management Fundamentals: Practical experience supporting projects, including scheduling, meeting facilitation, and action item follow-up.
Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: A \"can-do\" attitude with a bias for action; able to identify problems and propose practical solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaborator: Builds strong relationships and works effectively with diverse stakeholders across procurement, finance, IT, and business units.
Process Improvement Mindset: Natural curiosity to optimize procurement workflows and drive continuous improvement.
