Are you a Procurement professional looking to advance your career in Operations? Do you want to cross functionally support different sites and external vendors? We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Procurement Operations Business Partner to join our Procurement team based out of our Melbourne CBD office!

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Act as the primary point of contact between Procurement and operational stakeholders across factories and distribution centers in ANZ.
Ensure on-time and in-full delivery of all materials to plant operations by suppliers, minimizing supply disruptions.
Translate sales and production forecasts to suppliers, ensuring alignment with long-term capacity and capability planning.
Lead collaboration between Procurement Category Management and Operations teams to drive cost savings, innovation, and ESG opportunities.
Monitor supplier performance, manage supplier relationships, and support supply risk mitigation and security planning.
Participate in planning meetings to align supply strategies with business needs and production efficiency goals.
Develop and monitor inventory management strategies to optimize working capital and cash flow.
Support the execution of category strategies and value creation projects in partnership with Procurement and Operations leadership.
About you:
A proactive team player with a growth mindset, open to knowledge sharing and fostering a positive work environment.
Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of contract development, implementation, and supplier relationship management.
Proficiency in procurement systems, inventory management, and advanced Excel skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on time management and prioritisation.
Experience in resolving invoice discrepancies and supporting procurement strategy implementation.
Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
Eligibility to work in Australia – with full working rights.
