Summary:
The Procurement Operations Analyst (Helpdesk) responsible for providing timely and accurate support for procurement -related queries and issue. The role involves managing internal helpdesk requests, resolving supplier inquiries, supporting sourcing and contracting activities, and troubleshooting procurement system challenges.
Responsibilities:
Manage internal user helpdesk requests and resolve procurement-related queries promptly and accuratelyRespond to supplier inquiries and assist with issue resolution related to procurement processes and systems.Provide support for sourcing, contracting, and procurement system issues as neededIdentify and recommend process improvements related to the operation of tasks such as increasing efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of customer service.Maintain accurate records of queries, resolutions, and actions to ensure compliance and audit readinessPosition requirements:
3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories.Experience managing user queries and resolving supplier issues in a shared services environmentExperience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industryUnderstanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence.Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, CoupaProven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives.Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others.Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectivesOur vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future.
