Procurement Officer
Description Experience with managing supplier relationships, PO, renewals for services, IT, HR, Marketing, Facilities 3 years of experience in the procurement As member of the Global Procurement, you will be part of the team that is responsible for all procurement activities related to indirect spend (IT, HR, Marketing etc.) within the Group. As member of the Global Procurement team you will be part of the Cost management group within the CFO domain. In this role in a dynamic environment you will be focusing with the team on maximizing value when procuring goods and/or services, while minimizing the risk by means of proper contracting and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. This international team with presence in the US and the Netherlands is part of the diverse Cost Management team which also includes the disciplines Finance Cost Control and the Project Management department. Together this team manages the total costs incurred at global level. This role requires a smooth communicator as you as Procurement Officer will be representing DLL Group externally together with the business representative. As Procurement Officer you think actively with the business and together value is created by decreasing supplier risk, cost savings are identified and understanding of stakeholder needs and priorities. Day to day: · Contract/Purchase Order Renewals – manage contract/service renewals to identify cost efficiencies and maintain service continuity · Validate incoming purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in the Procurement P2P system to suppliers · Stakeholder Management - Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationship within the organization · Ensure regular/recurring supplier due diligence is followed for all disciplines (Information Security, Risk, Privacy, Legal, IT Architecture, Credit) · Applying local, state and federal regulations/requirements into practice as it relates to Supplier Due Diligence and Contracting (i.e. US Cyber Security, GDPR, European Banking Authority) · Improving data quality in the P2P Procurement System · Supervising the Procurement Functional Mailbox · Support US project that will integrate Procurement and Accounts Payable systems · Take initiative to further optimize internal processes Skills Procurement, Contract, Procurement experience, oracle fusion, Rfp, Purchase order, Vendor management Top Skills Details Procurement,Contract,Procurement experience Additional Skills & Qualifications Essentials: · Drive, passion and enthusiasm · Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement domain. · Team player · Organizational sensitivity · Able to work independently · Strong analytical and communication skills · Fluent command of English (verbal and written) · Strong skills in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). · Potential and eagerness to further develop within the procurement domain. · Proactive and Persuasive · Practical, accurate and punctual? Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
