**About the Role:**
As a Procurement Manager, you will be managing the sourcing, negotiation, and management of service providers for outsourced services. You will also support the client or department in developing and executing sourcing and procurement strategies.
This role is part of the Procurement function, which is responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Contract & Vendor Management – Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts; manage supplier certification, performance reviews, and vendor relationships in alignment with company standards.
+ Strategic Execution – Partner with business stakeholders and shared services teams to develop and implement operational strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ Process & Value Optimization – Analyze facility management spend, operations, and vendor performance to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and value creation.
+ Leadership & Problem-Solving – Lead by example, embody CBRE RISE values, handle sensitive issues with discretion, and resolve moderately complex operational challenges across functions.
+ Procurement & Sourcing – Lead the full procurement process, including preparing RFPs, evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms, and awarding contracts while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
**About you:**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience (equivalent education/experience considered).
+ Professional certifications (C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M.) preferred.
+ Strong skills in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with experience handling sensitive information.
+ Strong organizational skills, leadership capability, and a proactive mindset.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
