What you'll do

As procurement manager you will be responsible for the end to end procurement of deals focussed around our Aviation, Energy and Enterprise Business Units. The requirements will vary and you will be expected to lead both RFx sourcing projects, contract negotiation / re-negotiation and maintain and grow excellent stakeholder relationships. Interface with existing / new suppliers is key, ensuring end to end commercial thinking is applied to all work stack with a real focus on quality of output.


The day-to-day

As procurement manager, you will be expected to work from the London Office as well as remotely, the frequency of days in the office to be agreed. A team player is essential in this role. Experience of procurement roles within the Satellite and specifically Aviation markets is preferred although not essential. You will be expected to hit the ground running, effectively managing the workstack handed over to you as well as additional work stack as and when relevant.


What you'll need

5+ YoE in relevant areas and a track record of success

Clear experience of leading complex RFx sourcing projects end to end

Negotiation skills

Analytical skills

Stakeholder management skills

Broad competency in contract negotiation (as well as commercial modelling)


What will help you on the job

You will report into the procurement director who leads the team, who will collectively support you whilst your covering the maternity leave for a period of nine months. Laptop and Mobile Phone will be accessible as soon as you start. Initial mandatory online training will need to be completed in full, this will help to bring you up to speed on wider company process and policy. A clear and concise handover document will be prepared for your arrival.
