Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Provides management and direction by overseeing the work of procurement staff to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and internal procedures, while maintaining a high standard of quality across all activities.

Monitor the productivity and technical competence of assigned procurement personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.

Coordinate procurement efforts across multiple departments, including project management, client teams, and other internal divisions, to ensure seamless execution.

Play an active role in the continuous Quality Improvement Process by fostering a culture of technical excellence and process enhancement.

Support the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with corporate ethics and conflict-of-interest policies.

Undertake additional responsibilities related to the role, as required by the business.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

A minimum of 15 years of relevant procurement experience in engineering and construction industry.

Strong leadership capabilities and a solid track record across diverse procurement functions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Deep understanding of procurement regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
