Develops, implements, and is accountable for the successful delivery of an overarching sourcing strategy that is aligned to client specific KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for management and performance of all strategic S&P related activities for specific client requirements across all IFM service linesAccountable for implementation of strategic sourcing planning, RFP management, bid analysis and recommendations, liaison with client governance teams for contract management and approvals, risk management,compliance, and reportingOptimal allocation of account resources to support successful service deliveryDeveloping the supply chain to meet the business and client needs, strengthening capabilities and delivery, as well as identifying opportunities for further partnership growth and B2BMaintain and manage sustainability and D&I strategy for the accountRepresent JLL in client/account meetings and forums, and ensure adherence to all relevant inputs, materials and communicationLead negotiations and delivery of savings targets relative to account deliverables. Responsible for appropriate reporting and tracking of savings deliveryTo manage framework relationships with JLL preferred suppliers with the support of the Category Management Team where requiredTo provide reporting as necessary (performance against KPIs, strategic sourcing activity, supplier performance management, contract management at agreed frequency) together with monthly inputs to JLL S&PorganizationManagement and professional development of Account Sourcing Specialists   

Skills & Competencies: 

5-10 years of S&P experienceDeep understanding of IFM services and supplier environmentOrganizational awareness and strategic thinking, leadership, people management, management of projects, finances and other resourcesStrong analytical, financial and commercial skillsHolds relevant degreeNative speaker in Japanese and fluent in English
