Overview This new role will be set up to take care of the sourcing work for canisters and canister related materials. As our productivity target is becoming more and more challenging, we must deep dive into this space to drive more savings. There are many sustainability projects related to canister and we must invest in resource to support PEP+ in this area. Responsibilities •  Lead canister related projects from sourcing to contract, such as Project procurement ,Plan alignment, Conduct RFP, Clarifications, Commercial negotiation and Commercial bidding analysis, Supplier award alignment, Contract negotiation and so on. •  Contract management including increasing usage of frame contract, contract terms negotiation to reduce risks. •  Supplier relationship management which includes onsite visits, regular conference calls and supplier coming in visits. Develop new local low cost alternative supplier to meet business needs. Conduct supplier management to PEP requirements (including but not limited to delivery, quality, cost, responsiveness, etc.)are met. •  Conduct spend and market analysis to develop category strategies (canister related packaging) and deploy the strategies that algin with the business needs, GP productivity objectives. •  Develop supplier management strategies to monitor supplier's performance to ensure cost effective and efficient supply. •  Manage multiple projects concurrently and delivering consistent positive results. •  Provide guidance and engage all 9 manufacturing sites to define and continuously improve the supplier performance metrics, identify and evaluate suppliers with high risk and assist in mitigation plans for risk controls. •  Partnership with legal, compliance and Finance team to ensure procurement work executed with full compliance in policies and regulations. Qualifications •  Bachelor or above degree •  More than 6 years sourcing experiences in FMCG •  Strong sourcing skills for direct materials •  Solid knowledge in various Packaging categories •  Good understanding on Procurement to Payment process •  Strong leadership, communication skills •  Demonstrated negotiation skills and bidding process knowledge •  Sound English fluency in both oral or written
