Procurement Manager, Dairy AMEA

Make It Matter.** Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Procurement Manager to join our Team. In this highly visible role, you are responsible for three key components. 1). Managing dairy sourcing, in term of dairy supply assurance, quality, service and cost, risk management, sustainability, innovation, legal requirements and policies compliance. 2). Develop dairy sourcing strategy and lead the execution to achieve best in class sourcing process and performance to meet the business needs. 3). Ensure compliance to policy and best practices in procurement function. **How you will contribute** + Establishes the dairy sourcing strategy and lead the execution with excellence for meeting the business needs in a part of the 6 Business units in AMEA region including 30+ sites in 18 countries. + Global Dairy industry knowledge, as well as local supply environment and work with CPRM team to build AC, establish dairy coverage strategy to manage commodity risk and P&L impact. + Manage the complexity & challenges in term of high number of dairy specifications and different/complex suppliers in different markets to ensure optimal source of supply. + Conduct the dairy contract negotiation, RFP or Auction to deliver AC and drive best quality & cost. + Lead DIOH reduction for dairy spend area by close collaboration & coordination with other spend areas & supply planning team for AMEA region to achieve DIOH target. + Build productivity roadmap to ensure productivity pipeline sufficiency and lead the execution by coordinating with local procurement and RDQ team. + Manage supplier relationship & establish scorecards for supplier performance evaluation. + Ensure supply security with best-in-class quality, service and BCP with full accountability to solve supply issue. + Make sure legal contract is in place and the compliance with procurement policy including SAF, supplier validation, GSCP requirement + Build sustainability roadmap for dairy in ANZ and India and support business needs on health & wellbeing **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in: + 8+ years of FMCG experience in procurement of Supply Chain, preferably with proven experience in commodity sourcing + Strong Stakeholder Management - internal and external + Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to communicate and influence cross-functionally at all organisational levels + Strong analytical skills + Business acumen, solid understanding of business objectives and sugar market intelligence + Strong personal leadership skills, ability to drive the result through cross functional collaboration + Critical mind to question and challenge status quo and propose new solutions + Understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) **More about this role** **What extra ingredients you will bring:** + Integrity and Trust + Assertive and results focused + Driven, Self-Motivated, Proactive + Business acumen and Entrepreneurial spirit + Organizational agility across regions, functions and hierarchies **Education / Certifications:** University degree (Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting/Finance or technical degree is preferred) plus knowledge in Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain.
