Position Specific Description

This role manages the source to pay process across several categories for the Nuclear Business Unit and possibly multiple Business Units, as appropriate. Leaders in this job establish and administer procurement Key Performance Indicators and improvement of those KPIs.  Employees in this role oversee or directly conduct negotiations with key suppliers, establish and maintain supplier relationships, and lead initiatives for supply chain optimization and cost reduction. Employees in this job manage a team of procurement specialists.

Job Overview
