To ​​strengthen our HUB Procurement & Logistics team in Pilsen and our Procurement Efficiency department in Germany, we are looking for a candidate for the position of: Procurement Efficiency & Data Expert Job Responsibilities + Consultation for buyers, requisitioners and suppliers with respect to procurement systems (such as SAP based purchasing system, e-catalog system) + Consultation for WACKER functions and suppliers to ensure seamless processing of outbound logistics via "Logistics Control Tower" system + Management of EDI/portal connection of the suppliers + Data checks & maintenance of procurement related master data and documentation + Maintain documentation and trainings of systems (also as input for future AI use) Job Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, engineering, natural science, mathematics or comparable qualification + 2 years’ work experience preferably either in procurement/logistics or as a system support function + Experience in using SAP preferably supplemented by experience of further procurement related systems + Fluent English and (preferably) good German language skills + Team player with very good communication skills + IT affinity, analytical, creative and solution-oriented thinking combined with a structured way of working What We Offer + Competitive Salary (with annual bonus of up to 15%) + Opportunity for Future Growth and Advancement + Meal allowance of 123 CZK / day + Transport allowance of 100 CZK / day + Flexi Pass 20 000 CZK / year + Vacation allowance 10 000 CZK / year + Christmas allowance 10 000 CZK / year + 5 weeks of holiday and for every 3 years of employment plus 1 extra day of holiday + 3 days of sick leave per year + Pension insurance contribution up to 4 166 CZK / month + Language courses + Reduced working hours (37.5 hours per week) + Possibility of home office (up to 50%) and much more! ​ We look forward to receiving your application!
