As a Procurement Coordinator in the Source to Pay (S2P) domain, you'll dive into the details of how we work today, spot opportunities to improve tomorrow, and bring clarity to complexity — whether you’re supporting day-to-day operations, driving improvements, or supporting strategic projects that bring value to our customers.
What You’ll Do
Manage both standard and complex tasks with ownership and care across the Source to Pay (S2P) process, especially in Procurement area
Act as a subject matter expert in:
Supplier Onboarding and Supplier / Subcontractor Management
Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order Management
Goods Receipt Coordination
Provide guidance through mentoring and knowledge sharing, and build expertise across teams
Collaborate across teams and countries to support harmonized, customer-focused solutions
Identify areas for automation and smarter ways of working applying Lean and Lean UX methodology, and challenge existing ways of working to drive better outcomes
Be confident in challenging the status quo and speaking up with ideas for improvement
Translate complex or process related topics into clear messages for different audiences
Support strategic projects across all phases to ensure successful implementation
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture
What You Bring
2+ years of previous professional experience as subject matter expert role within Procurement area
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, effectively engaging with diverse audiences across all organizational levels
Advanced knowledge of SAP & MS Office 365 is required
Problem-solving mindset and a strong interest in continuous improvement
Analytical mindset and skilled in working with large and unstructured datasets in Excel to organize, analyze, and extract meaningful insights
Understanding of automation concepts, Lean and Lean UX principles
Skilled in preparing and delivering clear, engaging presentations across various audiences
Works effectively in ambiguous situations with an end-to-end mindset
Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across teams and functions
