Procurement Coordinator

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the operations center by managing purchasing systems, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring smooth processes for homebuilding projects. This position involves creating and maintaining purchase orders, updating pricing and vendor information, running reports, and troubleshooting system issues.

Key Responsibilities:Set up and maintain plan and option take-off information for assigned divisionsMonitor and create home site budgets in compliance with projected start datesReview simulated and final budgets for accuracyPrepare and distribute start packages weeklyCollaborate with estimating and purchasing teams to resolve take-off/budget issuesMaintain supplier/trade partner pricing in JD Edwards and ExcelGenerate cost-per-square-foot reportsCorrect purchase order issues and resolve invoice discrepanciesRespond to varying workloads and deadlines with accuracy and efficiencyQualifications:Proficient in 10-key typing and advanced Excel functions (beyond copy/paste)Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesTeam player with excellent communication skillsNumbers-oriented and detail-focusedWork Environment:On-site, Monday–Friday in a modern corporate office near International Mall (Westshore area)Amenities: Onsite gym, café, and shuttle service to airport/restaurantsCollaborative team of 25 Purchasing Assistants supporting multiple states (DE, PA, FL, NC, SC, NJ, NY)Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
