Purpose of the Position:

Coordinates the procurement process within the organisation.

Are you someone who can:

Manage costs and expenses within approved budgets to drive cost efficiencies.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.Cultivate and manage effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, subject matter experts, project managers, and senior staff.Resolve customer queries efficiently and within agreed timelines.Provide efficient administrative support through careful planning, timely reporting, and accurate updating of all relevant information.Ensure compliance with governance standards, including legislative and audit requirements.Validate order requests, submit them for approval, place orders, request vendor quotes, follow up on outstanding orders, and coordinate stock ordering with the disposal cycle.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

National Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Certification in procurement or supply chain is advantageous.3–5 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination role.
