Procurement Coordinator
Overview Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Procurement Coordinator! This Procurement Coordinator will play a key role in managing the end-to-end process of sourcing, ordering, shipping, inventory control, and fulfillment of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure timely and efficient distribution across the organization. Responsibilities + Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process for PPE, including placing orders, tracking shipments, and confirming deliveries. + Maintain accurate inventory levels of PPE at central and regional locations, ensuring stock is replenished as needed. + Partner with internal departments to assess PPE needs and fulfill requests in a timely manner. + Work with approved vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and monitor lead times. + Ensure all purchases comply with internal policies and safety standards. + Process purchase orders and maintain documentation for audit and reporting purposes. + Manage shipping logistics, including resolving delays, tracking issues, or discrepancies. + Monitor usage trends and generate reports to identify demand patterns and forecast future needs. Qualifications + Associates/Vocational or related training education. + 0-3+ years of related office experience. + Knowledge of PPE equipment and safety supply industry preferred. + Strong organizational and communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement/inventory software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar systems). + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + High attention to detail and accuracy. + Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. + Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
