Overview Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Procurement Coordinator! This Procurement Coordinator will play a key role in managing the end-to-end process of sourcing, ordering, shipping, inventory control, and fulfillment of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure timely and efficient distribution across the organization. Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process for PPE, including placing orders, tracking shipments, and confirming deliveries. Maintain accurate inventory levels of PPE at central and regional locations, ensuring stock is replenished as needed. Partner with internal departments to assess PPE needs and fulfill requests in a timely manner. Work with approved vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and monitor lead times. Ensure all purchases comply with internal policies and safety standards. Process purchase orders and maintain documentation for audit and reporting purposes. Manage shipping logistics, including resolving delays, tracking issues, or discrepancies. Monitor usage trends and generate reports to identify demand patterns and forecast future needs. Qualifications Associates/Vocational or related training education. 0-3+ years of related office experience. Knowledge of PPE equipment and safety supply industry preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement/inventory software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar systems). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
