Procurement Buyer II
As a Procurement Buyer here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for executing and managing critical steps in the order-to-cash cycle. You will manage a portfolio of both internal and external suppliers, placing orders and ensuring timely fulfillment to achieve key customer and business metrics, including On-Time to Request (OTTR) and revenue targets. You will report directly to our **Procurement Manager** and you’ll work out of our **Seoul, South Korea** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency of our supply chain management processes and contribute to the overall success of the business by ensuring that all procurement activities align with our operational goals. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Review all open orders daily and ensure timely delivery from suppliers. + Review pending Purchase Requisitions (PRs) twice daily and ensure all Purchase Orders (POs) are sent to suppliers. + Ensure all orders are duly acknowledged by suppliers in the system. + Follow up and update missing Order Acknowledgments (OAs) in the system. + Ensure OA dates are within lead time. + Review open orders with internal customers and proactively expedite deliveries. + Schedule daily/weekly calls with suppliers to address delivery, logistics, and other queries. + Collaborate with all suppliers to achieve revenue forecasts. + Review Letter of Credit (LOC) instructions and arrange documents from the shipper. Control LOC shipments from the date of order until submission to the bank. + Schedule weekly/daily calls with suppliers to ensure past due lines are closed and minimize OTTR failures. + Work closely with CPT freight forwarders to deliver materials to customers. Resolve issues and escalate as required. + Ensure timely creation of Inbound Deliveries (IBD), completion of Goods Receipts (GR), and verification of customer invoice postings. + Verify shipping documents and coordinate with shippers/customers on the Certificate of Compliance (COC) process. + Update all tracking details for CPT shipments in the team room. + Execute the Missing Receipt Batch Report (MRBR) daily and ensure GR postings through batch jobs. + Resolve vendor invoice disputes in Dolphin and MRBR. + Address discrepancies with suppliers and freight forwarders, providing timely feedback to customers. + Publish a weekly performance matrix (Missing OAs, Past Due, Dolphin). + Review and handle vendor expedite payments. **YOU MUST HAVE** + Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management. + Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain management process. + Experience in planning and revenue forecasting activities. + Understanding of trade compliance and the COC process. + Working experience with freight forwarders for all CPT shipments. + Proficient knowledge of SAP. + Strong soft skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and expertise in Excel. + English speaking **WE VALUE** + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. + Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean tools. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **ABOUT HONEYWELL** Honeywell International Inc.
