Eaton Automotive is currently looking for a Procurement Buyer to join the team in Tczew. **What you’ll do:** • Liaison between the Plant functions and SCM function (Divisional / Corporate / SCM SSC, Global and Regional) to guarantee production continuity and support as SCM deliverables for Plant P&L. • Assuring plant procurement activities in alignment with SCM policies governance. • Managing and executing cost-out initiatives. • Promoting continuous improvement supporting procurement and purchasing processes. • Set up and monitoring of ERP systems to enable flawless procurement process. • Escalation support for Supplier claims management. • Supplier set up and data update process. • Communication with suppliers, equipment builders /Machine integrators. • Reporting of achieved results, equipment status and on time delivery. • Adherence to EHS, environment, IATF16949 requirements. • Reporting results. • Fulfillment manager requests enabling proper functionality of plant / SCM function. • Eaton owned tooling management at suppliers. • Eaton Internal communication with key Capital and Services Purchasing functions. **Qualifications:** • Minimum bachelor degree • 5 years of SCM experience **Skills:** • International Business language skills (English, Polish) to provide verbal and written communication. • Team work attitude. • Advanced computer software skills (ERP system, MS Office, advanced excel is a plus). • Good analytical skills • Ability of self-development. • High work self-discipline. • Fluent Polish and English. • SCM functional competences knowledge.
