The Procurement Associate plays a key role in supporting store development operations by creating, maintaining, and validating purchase order and related project data across multiple enterprise systems. This position ensures data integrity, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in systems such as Coupa, Workday, and Procore, enabling informed operational and budgetary decisions. The role focuses on scalable data management, proactive data quality control, and effective stakeholder and vendor support to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and update purchase order data and related project information in enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in accordance with established procedures and policies.Implement scalable data management frameworks and workflows that support rapid business growth while maintaining high standards of data quality and operational efficiency.Manage comprehensive data entry and validation processes across systems including Coupa, Workday, and Procore, ensuring adherence to established schedules and compliance requirements.Execute proactive data quality control measures through systematic audits and real-time monitoring to identify and resolve discrepancies in account codes, budgets, and invoicing before they affect business operations.Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline data entry, validation, and reporting processes, identifying opportunities to implement solutions that increase productivity and reduce manual workload.Lead system optimization initiatives by analyzing user patterns and stakeholder requirements to enhance workflows and drive adoption of preferred tools and processes.Collaborate with procurement teams to address and resolve vendor-related issues, including complex data discrepancies, and support accurate vendor onboarding within the relevant systems.Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, providing expert guidance on system usage, data processes, and best practices.Drive collaborative solutions with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall data management environment.Research and resolve moderately complex issues related to data integrity, data reporting, and data management systems using sound judgment and knowledge of relevant information sources.Evaluate and resolve data issues by determining what information is needed, where to find it, and how to apply it to support accurate reporting and decision-making.Effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one interactions, meetings, and group presentations involving a variety of stakeholders.Consistently model excellent customer service when working with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.Essential Skills
High school diploma.1–2+ years of relevant experience in data management, procurement support, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.Ability to identify and correct moderately complex data integrity issues across multiple systems.Ability to perform business math related to budgets, invoicing, and account coding.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information and respond to questions in one-on-one, meeting, and group settings.Demonstrated customer service orientation when supporting internal and external stakeholders.Experience with data analysis and data management practices.Stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.Ability to conduct analysis and reporting to support operational and budgetary decisions.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in data entry within facilities management, construction, or store development environments.Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management practices.Experience using Coupa or similar procurement tools for purchase orders, vendor management, and related activities.Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.Experience utilizing AI or machine learning tools for data processing, automation, or improving data workflows.Understanding of budget coding structures and financial systems.Ability to adapt to evolving tools, systems, and processes in a growth-oriented environment.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve moderately difficult data and system issues.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
