Procurement and Customer Service Manager

F.5 or above; minimum 10 years in procurement, customer service, shipping, and logistics.

Proven experience managing and leading a team, preferably 5+ staff.

Knowledge of international trade regulations and Oracle Order Management modules.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; hands-on approach.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Ability to manage heavy workload, prioritize, work independently, and collaborate with teams.

Team Leadership & Management (approx. 20%)

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 staff in Procurement and Customer Service functions.

Set team objectives, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster professional growth.

Promote collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture within the team.
Procurement (approx. 40%)

Plan, source, negotiate, and purchase aerospace fasteners and standard parts according to business requirements.

Select and recommend suppliers; issue and follow up on purchase orders; maintain records in ERP/IMEX systems.

Conduct RFQs/RFPs, confirm PO details, and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with Sales on customer requests and procurement priorities.

Support compliance and import declaration requirements (IMEX import SPA).
Customer Service (approx. 40%)

Oversee daily customer communications, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage transactions in Wintrade and Oracle EBS, including quotes, POs, delivery, returns, and invoicing.
Non-Confidential Business

Ensure accurate preparation of shipping and customs documents; support LC collection from banks.

Perform contract review on customer POs and liaise with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal/external audits, and export regulations.
