JOB TITLE
Procurement Analytics Manager | MAF Global Solutions | Finance
ROLE SUMMARY
The Finance Business Partner for Procurement will be an integral member of the Finance team, working closely with the Procurement department to enhance financial decision-making, improve reporting quality, and support the optimization of procurement processes. This role will focus on providing insights through regular savings reviews, analyzing procurement-related data, conducting ad hoc financial analysis, and monitoring the performance of procurement KPIs and SLAs.
ROLE PROFILE
Collaborate with the Procurement team to develop, track, and enhance quality reporting metrics.Assist in creating detailed financial reports to provide insight into procurement performance, trends, and savings.Perform variance analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in procurement spend.Work closely with Procurement to evaluate cost-saving initiatives and assess the financial impact of these savings on the organizationTrack and monitor procurement savings initiatives and ensure they align with the company’s financial objectivesProvide financial insights and recommendations through ad-hoc analysis for various procurement-related initiatives and projects.Analyze and present data-driven recommendations to drive efficiencies and cost reductions in procurementMonitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) specific to the Procurement team
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 6-10 years of working experience in finance.Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in an analytical position and/or successful experience in progressive financial analysis experienceUniversity Degree: Bachelor’s degree from a faculty of commerce or equivalentCMA certification is also desirable for the position
