Find your future with us. **Boeing Global Services, Government (BGS-G) Strategic Sourcing Team** is seeking a **Procurement Analyst (Experienced)** to join our dynamic team in **Hazelwood, MO** ! This driven, analytical individual would be responsible for streamlining and improving current report offerings for strategic contracts building robust KPIs and working cross functionality to demonstrate the team’s impact to the BGS-G business portfolio. **Position Responsibilities:** + Define, design, plan and deploy internal/external projects + Develop processes and tools to measure key performance indicators + Extract, analyze and prepare reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan + Develop, document, and implement processes and systems in support of company goals + Support the development and implementation of strategies + Identify and implement improvements to streamline and automate process flows + Clean, analyze, and aggregate large datasets into consumable reports for supplier management + Assess and report compliance to internal/external stakeholders + Work cross functionally with IT, Supply Chain Planning, Program Management, and other functions to create reports and charts with key insights on performance **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 3+ years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting + 3+ years of experience working in supplier management + 3+ years of experience do you have in Supply Chain + 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Bachelors’ degree or higher + 4+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience + 1+ years of experience negotiating with suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies _._ **Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
