We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our team in one of today’s most exciting companies in Aerospace Industry. This role reports to the Manager of the Center of Excellence for Engines Procurement and supports the Engines Procurement team with the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, monitoring, and reporting. The Procurement Analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, mitigate risk, and drive efficiency in procurement processes.
Role and Responsibilities:
Assist in driving procurement process excellence and continuous improvementAssist in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and monitoring of end‑to‑end procurement processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and automationSupport the development and rollout of procurement policies and process standards and ensures that initiatives are consistently governed, scalable, and business‑focused.Actively participate in projects and actions to improve supplier performanceConsulting with the Procurement team to identify improvement opportunitiesCreating reports for internal teams, suppliers and/or stakeholdersCollaborating with team members to collect and analyze dataVisualizing data with graphs, infographics and other methodsEstablishing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisionsStructuring large data sets to find usable informationCrafting presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
