Procurement Analyst – Temporary Replacement (2 positions)

   

 

Your Mission: Implementation and monitoring of Global and OpCo contracts with suppliers within the Category, managing supplier performance by establishing, following, measuring and observing KPIs and service levels so that contract compliance and solving operational problems is guaranteed.

 

 

Who will you report to: Procurement Senior Category Manager

 

Location: Vialonga  

 

Your Responsibilities:

As a Procurement Analyst for SCC you must have a high attention to detail and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the HEINEKEN Global Procurement systems & processes. Your analytical ability enables you to identify, manage and resolve operational issues and claims on contracts. The main responsibilities are:

Contribute to the strategy definition in partnership with Category Managers through data analysis and evaluation of supply base; Support the Category Manager on the procurement sustainability agenda for the category and give support on opportunity assessments together with stakeholders; Generation of cost savings proposals through direct working with suppliers to generate ideas and provide financial evaluation; Disciplined delivery on monitoring and managing the Purchase to Pay flow to ensure that Service Level Agreements are met for our internal customers; Ensure compliance of supplier to HEINEKEN Supplier Code programme for the whole Category; Set up Operational contracts in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system and perform updates when needed; Monitor service level agreements in contracts and discuss any non-compliance with suppliers; Evaluate supplier performance together with key stakeholders Develop and maintain relationships with key local stakeholders & HEINEKEN Global Procurement Category Team; Work closely with Category Managers, requesting information and all the relevant data to perform key accountabilities within the Category. Ad hoc Project Management either for global or local projects, to transform and adjust processes and systems to business needs

 

We want you to bring:

Degree in Management, Finance, Engineering, or similar; Previous relevant experience in FMCG; 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an analytical area; Relevant experiences in dealing directly with the business, namely Raw & Packaging Materials and Commerce & Business Services; Advanced knowledge of Excel; Experience with SAP; Portuguese (fluent); English (B2); Hold the legal documents required for the provision of subordinate labour in Portugal at the time of application (exclusion factor) Availability to work in Lisbon.
