**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **Procurement Analyst** to join our **Supply Chain Propulsion** team in **Everett** , **WA** .
The position will serve as a senior strategic partner and analyst supporting the Vice President of Supply Chain Propulsion and the executive leadership team within Boeing’s Supply Chain Propulsion organization. This role will be heavily involved assisting with senior level engagements with suppliers at the CEO level. This role will lead the coordination of executive reviews, tracks performance metrics, and facilitate collaboration across multiple business units. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of organizational plans and objectives, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organization and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and execute complex projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can foster collaboration, and deliver results that support Supply Chain Propulsion’s strategic priorities.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Oversees the development and implementation of plans and objectives.
+ Leads the efforts to develop and deploy broad organizational plans and strategies.
+ Provides ownership of executive reviews and tracking performance to plan.
+ Consults and collaborates with executive leadership to develop meeting purpose and content.
+ Leads projects and initiatives that are across multiple functions and business units.
+ Develops, maintains and ensures execution of project schedule.
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ 5+ years of experience working with Senior Leaders/Executives to establish strategic plans and objectives
+ 5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives
+ 5+ years of experience ensuring executive level meetings are run effectively and efficiently
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
+ 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Experience within the aerospace industry
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making

Summary pay range (Level 4): $106,200 - $123,350
Summary pay range (Level 5): $135,000 - $156,750
