Procurement Analyst | 12-Month Contract* | Perth CBD
Join a global energy leader and play a key role in supporting major Exploration & Production (E&P) projects. We’re partnering with a leading oil & gas operator to find a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to assist with contracts, procurement reporting, and supplier engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport procurement and contract management activities across major E&P projects
Assist with procurement reporting, compliance monitoring, and ensuring data accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to meet project timelines
Ensure alignment with procurement procedures, governance frameworks, and business standards
Manage contract administration tasks and support tendering processes as required
About YouMinimum 3 years’ experience working with a major oil & gas company, ideally within the Exploration & Production space
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a procurement reporting and planning role
Strong experience with contract and procurement methods, terminology, and processes
High level of attention to detail, enabling concise and accurate reporting
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Tertiary qualification in Law, Economics, Engineering (or other relevant field), or equivalent experience
The OfferLocation: Perth CBD
Duration: 12-month contract
Daily Rate: Competitive, based on experience
Work Rights: Must have full Australian working rights
