ADP is hiring a Procurement Analyst. This position provides level one functional support for multiple procurement systems to ADP associates. Identifies system issues and requirements and escalates to level 2 support or Procurement Technical Analyst as needed.

 

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

 

Provide level one functional support for multiple procurement systems to ADP Associates, including: Concur Travel & Expense, Coupa Contingent Worfkforce and UPS CampusShip Triage all support cases submitted through the Salesforce.com case management system and research, resolve or escalate cases as appropriate. Design, manage and/or support electronic RFP's for a global user base Respond to telephone calls and e-mailed inquiries for support Provide periodic, instructor-led, web-based training to Associates for all systems

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in a related field to Procurement, Technology, or Business 1 to 3 years of customer service experience is required.
