As part of our fast-growing Procurement team based in our brand-new Houston, TX office, you’ll support a company that serves millions of meals daily across schools, healthcare facilities, senior living communities, and more. We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to help manage order guides, maintain vendor compliance, and support our expanding inventory systems. With Elior’s investment in modern inventory management tools and a growing client base, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful improvements in procurement operations while continuing to develop your career. **What You’ll Do:** + Own the order guide process: Maintain and optimize distributor catalogs in Elior Marketplace (EMP) and CBORD, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts. + Drive inventory excellence: Monitor SKUs, manage stocking events, and address slow or dead inventory to keep our supply chain lean and responsive. + Collaborate with distributors: Lead weekly calls to review inventory levels, forecast needs, and resolve service issues—ensuring our clients get what they need, when they need it. + Partner across teams: Work with internal stakeholders to align menu items with distribution channels and support product forecasting. + Analyze and improve: Use distributor dashboards to identify compliance gaps and opportunities for product consolidation. + Communicate updates: Share new product info and changes with Segment Implementation Managers, customer support, and other Elior stakeholders. + Support strategic projects: Contribute to broader procurement initiatives and cross-functional efforts as needed. **What You Bring:** + A passion for precision and process improvement + Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities + A collaborative spirit and willingness to jump in where needed + Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset + A sense of ownership and pride in your work and its impact **What we are looking for:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Procurement + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) with an emphasis in analytical skills with Excel + Experience with PowerBI dashboards would be a plus + Experience within Food Service is a plus **Where you'll work:** You will work onsite at our new corporate office in Houston, TX four days a week, with the option to work remotely one day per week.
