Position Responsibilities:
Associate (Level 2)
Measures key performance indicatorsExtracts and analyzes data from multiple sourcesPrepares reportsReviews procurement/planning systemsReviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activitiesCoordinates program schedule changes with procurement agents for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporationDocuments and participates in the implementation of lean improvementsCommunicates project objectives and activitiesMid-Level (Level 3)
Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projectsDevelops processes and tools to measure key performance indicatorsExtracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-planDevelops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals. Supports the development and implementation of strategiesIdentifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flowsDistributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysisAssesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholdersDevelops risk mitigation planSenior (Level 4)

Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience with Cognos, Velocity, Order Manager, ERPLN, Tableau Experience applying LEAN principles and/or Standard/Standardized workAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and across business unitsExperience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business unitsExperience with Supply Chain Systems and ToolsExport Control Requirement:

Summary pay range:
Associate (Level 2): $67,500 - $78,750
Mid-Level (Level 3): $81,000 - $94,500
Senior (Level 4): $99,000 - $115,500
