Procurement Analyst, Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior (Level 2, 3, or 4)

Position Responsibilities:

Associate (Level 2)

Measures key performance indicatorsExtracts and analyzes data from multiple sourcesPrepares reportsReviews procurement/planning systemsReviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activitiesCoordinates program schedule changes with procurement agents for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporationDocuments and participates in the implementation of lean improvementsCommunicates project objectives and activities

Mid-Level (Level 3)

Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projectsDevelops processes and tools to measure key performance indicatorsExtracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-planDevelops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals. Supports the development and implementation of strategiesIdentifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flowsDistributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysisAssesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholdersDevelops risk mitigation plan

Senior (Level 4)

Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicatorsDevelops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreementsAnalyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicatorsCommunicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activitiesLeads cross-functional process management activitiesLeads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective actionLead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement1+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Fulfillment1+ years of experience leading projects1+ experience analyzing data and metrics to build presentations and make recommendations1+years of experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience with Cognos, Velocity, Order Manager, ERPLN, Tableau  Experience applying LEAN principles and/or Standard/Standardized workAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and across business unitsExperience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business unitsExperience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools

Summary pay range:

Associate (Level 2): $67,500 - $78,750

Mid-Level (Level 3): $81,000 - $94,500

Senior (Level 4): $99,000 - $115,500
