Procurement Agent (Associate)

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Agent (Associate) to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.

Position Responsibilities:

The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skills

Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required

Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

Supports the sourcing negotiations and documenting of purchase contracts

Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities

Spares pricing and lead-time negotiations

Collaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customer’s requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes

Experience in Data Analysis

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

Experience in contracts and proposals.

Experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations.

Experience negotiating price and schedule with customer

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range (Associate1): $55,000.00 – $75,000.00

Summary pay range (Associate2): $64,850.00 - $87,750.00
