Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our Supply Operations and Performance team in Everett, Washington.

 Position Responsibilities:

Builds relationships with Suppliers and Partners of the Boeing CompanyPrimary point of contact for suppliers of the Boeing Company.Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supplyPrepares and executes proprietary information agreementsSupports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreementsCommunicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performanceApplicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes3+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes3+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointMust be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 50% of the time)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or related field3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management3+ years of experience managing supplier quality and delivery performance3+ years of Project Management experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

$85,000 - $98,500
