Job Title: Procurement Administrator

Description

Maintain assigned purchasing positions with weekly updates to:Replacement valuesPurchase and sales contract data by productAverage sales volumesListed selling pricesManage inventory levels and reorder points for assigned purchasing positionsSchedule inbound material shipments to multiple warehouse locationsSupport Operations in regular production planning effortsManage individual purchase contracts as delegatedGenerate purchase orders and make limited buying decisions for select minor and secondary materials under direction of the Sr. Manager, ProcurementAssist the Procurement Manager during in-field inspections, including pre-harvest assessments, to verify crop quality and estimate yieldsMaintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and quality testsHandle vendor claims and credit resolutionsCollect, maintain, and review raw material specifications for assigned commoditiesGather and relay market information from vendors to internal departmentsOrder office and warehouse supplies (e.g., pallets, machine parts)Coordinate packing lists and general data entryAnswer main phone line and direct calls appropriatelyCoordinate site trash pickupMaintain visitor log and GMP folderPerform other duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
