Spherion Staffing is currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our client's team as Fish Fillet Processor. In this role, you will be responsible for processing fresh and frozen fish products, including filleting, trimming, deboning, and packaging according to company standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
Perform filleting and cutting of various fish species using knives and processing equipment

Inspect fish for quality and ensure proper handling to avoid contamination

Follow safety and hygiene protocols in accordance with HACCP and company standards

Pack and label products correctly for shipment

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Work in cold and wet environments for extended periods

Assist with other tasks as needed in the production line

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Forklift experience preferred not required

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Previous experience in fish processing or food manufacturing required

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Must be comfortable working with raw seafood and in cold conditions (approx. 35?45?F)

Good hand-eye coordination and knife-handling skills

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
