Job Summary:Receive and enter vehicle accidents into appropriate databaseProcess liability insurance claims, in accordance with accident details, Drug and Alcohol policies and DOT complianceManage driver files under the accident policyResponsible for handling Estes vehicle damage and communicate with adverse parties related to vehicle accidentsCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and communicate necessary DOT compliance informationInteract with local law enforcement agencies, gather accurate details to complete request forms and coordinate other requirements to receive accident/crash reports.Assist with Driver Safety Programs by categorizing and identifying drivers that meet the program’s eligibility criteriaResponsible for subrogation against responsible parties for Estes Express Lines damageRegular attendance is required.This is not an all-inclusive list of job requirements and/or duties and may not contain all mental and physical capabilities necessary to perform the job at all times due to circumstances. Some college preferredCustomer service experience preferredExcellent written, verbal and listening communication skills requiredExcellent data entry and 10 keying / encoding processing skills requiredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook requiredHigh level of attention to detail requiredMust be able to lift approximately 20 lbs., or more if required by the essential functions of the jobMust be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of ConductMust be able to interact well with othersMust be able to work independently, or in a team settingMust be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple prioritiesResponds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations / procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlinesMust pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background checkMust be authorized to work in the United StatesPhysical Demands:
