In this Contract position, you will play a key role in supporting office operations and ensuring accurate financial data management. Responsibilities: • Input and process invoices with precision, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation. • Review daily reports to identify discrepancies and maintain compliance with company standards. • Enter coupon amounts and verify postings to ensure data integrity. • Proofread financial records and postings to eliminate errors and maintain accuracy. • Assist in general office duties, including organizing and maintaining records. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data effectively and perform intermediate-level tasks. • Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. • Work independently to prioritize tasks and contribute to operational efficiency.
