Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Processing Clerk to join our team in Bradenton, Florida. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient processing and handling of inventory, documents, and data. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: • Prepare and bundle items such as plates for shipment in the shipping department. • Examine and assess document contents to determine appropriate processing and routing based on established guidelines. • Identify discrepancies or anomalies in documents and ensure compliance with client rules. • Input key data into internal systems with precision and attention to detail. • Scan and digitize documents for both internal use and client review. • Conduct research to locate missing or incomplete information within documents. • Maintain accurate records of document counts and other critical tracking metrics. • Support special mailroom and data entry projects as assigned by leadership. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth inventory tracking and handling. Requirements • Experience with assembly line processes and operations. • Proficiency in inventory tracking and management systems. • Familiarity with asset inventory procedures. • Knowledge of conducting annual physical inventory assessments. • Proven ability to handle annual inventory tasks efficiently. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
