Job Description:This position will perform system training, process analysis, and support the development and implementation of training programs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Performing duties relating to adult training programs; training on assigned systems; responsible for training preparation by arranging schedules and documenting attendance; support of system practice management changes; developing understanding of the associated processes that are attached to identified systems; documentation of identified process updates and writing revenue services newsletters. Prioritizing educational needs across the revenue cycle and has a strong understanding of operational policies and procedures. Work Experience:
Experience in revenue services or healthcare business services preferred.

Education Qualifications:Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in communication, education, business, or healthcare related field

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Certification/Licensure Requirements:Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency
