• Ensure governance for operations performance indicators, including the management of data, formulation of indicators and its presentation, ensuring the monitoring and analysis to highlight issues, as well as tracking the improvements to be made in line with the yearly objectives
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to monitor and analyse business indicators from technical/workflow datasets. Engage with process owners and stakeholders to identify key causes behind data trends/irregularities and provide resolutions
• Create the repair costs and repair hours yearly target by following the parameter given by central team. Work closely with APRU team to ensure the target is reasonable and achievable according to the history data
• Manage the projects and project portfolio for operations, ensure their successful accomplishment, respecting (and improving where possible) the scope, schedule and budget of the project
• Implement changes to the industrial processes to support the project initiatives. Take charge of the development of digital tools/local project to satisfy the requirements from different function teams by using python, VBA, FileMaker or any other available tools
• Work closely with the operations managers and with worldwide counterparts to drive the success of the improvement initiative launched. Escalate issues that will put the assigned projects at risks to sponsor and stakeholders
• Assist operations team on LEAN activities. Organize the semi-yearly Kaizen jury and award session with operation management. Provide methodology support in different problem solving & InCight process

Education & Specific Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s degree in science and engineering related field
• Familiar with at least one computer programming languages
• Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Data analytics and/or Project Management certification(s) will be an advantage
• Project management in aspects of SDLC, Microsoft Project, HW/SW integration
• Knowledge about Lean is a plus
Working Experience:
• At least 5 years working experience with BA degree in Industry / Repair Service area, or at least 2 years working experience with Master degree in Industry / Repair Service area
• Experience in development or managing digital transformation project / tools
• Experience in reports/dashboards (excel, power BI, etc) building & data analysis
• Experience in manufacturing and/or repair environment is preferred
• Project and project portfolio management for cross-functional initiatives
• Familiarity with IS solutions/project management, data analytics
• Familiar with lifecycle and ecosystem necessary for industrial operations
Soft Skills:
• Exposure in a multi-cultural environment in an international business organization beneficial
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good comprehensive ability and motivation to provide help to others
• Learning capacity to adapt new development tools
• Open & creative mind to find solutions for various problem
• Team spirit to work closely with the other stakeholders in the project
Language:
• Fluent in English
• French will be a significantly advantage
