Position: Machine Operator / Process Technician

Location: Kearny Mesa -San Diego, CA 92123

1st shift - 7am to 3:30pm- $18.00/hour2nd shift - 3:15pm to 11:45pm $18.75/hourLong-term, Contract-to-hire

All shifts are Monday – Friday (1-2 Saturdays a month)

OT can be either before or after the shift

Job Description:

Will perform set-up and basic troubleshooting of equipment to prep for processingMust be able to operate and set-up basic process or production equipmentTroubleshooting experienceWorking with small partsWill use microscope about 20-40% of the dayGood hand dexterity, attention to detail, able to follow instructions and fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

Looks like a lab/hospital inside/cleanroom – room temperatureWearing cleanroom garments for the entire shift that covers body, hair, shoes and a mask.Monday – Friday – flexible to start 2 hours before each shift and working 1-2 Saturdays a month

Compliance:

Drug test requiredBackground check requiredHigh school diploma or GEDReliable transportation

6-month contract to hire – great benefits if you convert to a permanent position,

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
